If you're eligible for Medicare, you're probably eligible for a WellCare PFFS Plan if you meet the following conditions:

• You live in our service area (Find a plan in your area)
• You are entitled to Medicare Part A (hospital insurance) and enrolled in Medicare Part B (medical insurance)

You must continue to pay your normal Medicare Part B premium (and part A, if applicable) unless Medicaid or a third party takes care of that for you.

Also, we don't screen for health conditions unless you have End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Please call for more information regarding this limitation.

Here's some extra peace of mind. Once you're enrolled in a WellCare PFFS Plan, your membership cannot be canceled for any medical condition you might develop.
