All WellCare Medicare Advantage PFFS plans including plans referred to as Concert, Melody, Melody-Plus, Prelude, Quartet, Sonata, Sonata-Plus and Serenade will be discontinued on January 1, 2010.

Current WellCare Medicare Advantage PFFS members will continue to have access to covered benefits through December 31, 2009.
