Benefits: WellCare Private Fee-for-Service plans include Prelude, Concert, Melody and Sonata. These plans are in place of Original Medicare…all medically necessary services covered under Medicare Part A and Part B. Part D benefits are only included in Concert. The Prelude, Concert, Melody and Sonata plans include hearing, dental and vision coverage.
